Att.Fatma Ayhan completed her high school education at Çorum Eti High School and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law with second degree. Between the years 2010-2014, she worked as a research assistant at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in Administrative Department. She completed her master's degree in Istanbul University Public Law program and is still a PhD student at Istanbul University. Att. Ayhan continues to work as a lawyer at Dr.Levent Bıçakcı Law Office where she started working as a legal intern. Working areas; Administrative Law, Tax Law, Zoning Law, Urban Transformation Law and Consumer Law. Att. Ayhan's master thesis named "The Legal Regime of Government's Tenancy Agreements" was also published as a book. In addition, there are published articles on ‘’The Problem of Expropriation of Immovable Properties for General Service’’ , ‘’Provisional Article 6 of the Expropriation Law and an Essay on the Application of Expropriation in Turkish Law’’‘’ Concept of Urban Transformation and It’s Historical Development ’’.
