The first session of the 5th edition of the UEFA Football Law Program was hosted by Kadir Has University from October 2 to October 6, 2023.

Dr. Bıçakcı, who successfully served as the Director of the University Seminar for the UEFA Football Law Program, was one of the opening speakers. Dr. Bıçakcı, who has been a member of the UEFA Appeals Body since 1990 and holds the record for the longest-serving Appeals Body member, expressed his gratitude to UEFA for organizing this highly valuable legal program and contributing significantly to the dissemination of Sports Law in Turkey.

At the end of the program, Av. Dr. Levent Bıçakcı was honored with a special presentation of the official UEFA soccer ball, which was signed by all participants in the Istanbul session.
